Samsung Galaxy S7 will not install Onenote and Ring apps after resetting phone (not compatible?)

Hi

Recently, I lost my Samsung S7 phone then found it again a few days later, I had it blocked and the data wiped off (which I now regret doing). I had a new sim delivered and I unblocked the phone, I have reinstalled most apps but when I try to download for example Onenote and Ring apps, they do not appear in store or they state "not compatible" despite both working fine a few days ago on the phone.

Are there any other ways for me to reinstall these apps on my Samsung S7 please?

You could always sideload the apps

Look for the APK codes on Google

This does always carry a possible risk but I've never had a problem when doing this on older phones

Probably best to ask Samsung for help with that, @Robbli777

May be worth checking which region your play store is set to.

United Kingdom.

Really baffled why I can't reinstall these apps any more. Maybe it's to do with the Samsung S7 being an old phone.

I've just (reluctantly) done this using an APK app. Although I did upload the apk files to virustotal.com to double-check for trojans etc. Good to have Ring and Onenote back on my phone, cheers.
