I have been told to use the 'Store apps' for shopping reductions. Where is this on the phone please?

Or do you mean the 02 "Priority Moments" app?? for shopping reductions & offers?

I think it comes on the phone, or download it for free from Google Play Store.

Everything will be OK in the end. If it isn't OK, then it's not the end!!

Google Play app store then search for the stores you want to shop in to see if they have an individual app.
