Question for those who purchase fold 3

 Did anyone claim complimentary note pack from Samsung ?   I upload proof of purchase but samsung rejecting. Anyone please guide what document need to upload as proof of purchase

Usually acceptable is a PDF print of the order from your "My Orders" page in your MyO2.
