Safe Mode and warning message about OS

Anonymous
Not applicable

When I turned on my phone at Gatwick on Friday a warning message 'custom OS can cause critical problems ...'. Using the volume key I restarted my phone which is now fixed in Safe Mode. When I choose to come out of Safe Mode the warning message reappears. Looking this up on the Internet I see that other Galaxy users have the same problem. Help please ?

My phone is a Galaxy 4 , purchased in December.

Sounds like the volume key could be sticky.
try giving it a clean or check it's not getting pressed accidentally maybe by a case or something?
