I have a Samsung s21 device and it states I need sim1 and sim2 in the sim slot. It only came with one sim, what do I need to do?

No need to use two sims

You have the option of getting another sim for the second sim slot but it isn't necessary

You don't HAVE to use two sims.
The phone has the option of having a second sim - say, for a work phone, or as an alternative/emergency on a different network.
