I bought the new Samsung s21 5g s21 5g online on the O2 app, I have already been a customer of yours for many years, I tried it for 2 days but I don't like the features of the phone, and the battery does not last for a whole day. plus my brother gave me a gift by buying me a new phone. so if possible I prefer to go back.

You will need to call o2 on 202 from your o2 number and they will arrange a return under the 14day change your mind policy, you will need to include the box and accessories.
