Premium rate block on s6

Hi everyone

I have a galaxy s6 and i accidentally clicked something and now i cant send a text or call 5 digit numbers, even o2. Text comes back as "failed" and call says i cant call while call barring is on.

Im on pay monthly and spoken to o2 customer services as well as used google. Ive check every setting in my phone and totally stuck.

Please help

Open the phone app (as if you were going to call someone) then press the 3 dots or bars to open the settings menu.

Look in the settings for the phone app, esp in "additional settings".

You could also check your tariff bolt ons in MyO2 for a premium bar. Although if that was the issue, it likely would have been picked up on by CS

Checked all settings, 02 said i have no barring and ive even tried that ##002#.

Still no luck 😞

From memory, there is an option but it's in the phone app settings not the normal phone settings.
That is the only possible thing that could be blocking you.
