Picture Messaging

Hi I have a HTC wildfire S I have had it for over a year now and all of a sudden it will not let me send picture messages. I keep getting a notification say that it has failed after several attempts it then says that the service is denied. Does anyone have any ideas what is up with it please??

Thanks

First off text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings when they are sent to you. Then check again as per MI5's post above.

If you still have nothing listed aAdd a new APN and name it 'O2 Pay Monthly MMS'

Then enter the settings below. Once you have done that, reboot the phone and try sending MMS to yourself. (Password is 'password')

Sounds like the message settings have changed. There is a app you can download which escapes my memory at the moment...... something like message center.( hopefully Jonsie comes along)

Try sending yourself one sometimes that kicks the service back in.

Come to think about you should try texting ACTIVE to 2020 first.

Go into Settings >Mobile Networks >Access point names and make sure you have O2 MMS listed and a green dot next to O2 Internet at the top.
