Hi

Could someone please help. My one plus 3 phoned completely froze then just died. Won't switch back on even though it's fully charged. Nothing happens when I plug the charger in.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Val-1

Have you tried holding the volume down and power key for 15-20 seconds then releasing those keys

That usually helps with a lot of problems...

Hi, @Val-1 - there are a number of options, depending on what you're sseing when you try to power it on - if anything.

The simplest is hold down the power button for 30 seconds and at the same time while holding the power button plugin the dash charger while it's plugged into the wall outlet.

Best pointer to read is probably here if that's no good...

An exampe form the OnePlus forums below:

Hi @Val-1 how are you getting on with this? slight_smile As it's been a while since you posted your question, I just wanted to check if any of the posts above helped with your One Plus 3? Did you manage to get the phone fixed in the end? Would be nice to hear back from you. slight_smile

Thanks guys for your suggestions above @Cleoriff@pgn, @Anonymous, @MI5
