Hello. Hope you're all keeping safe.

I'm missing calls from my doctors. They are being sent as "Unknown" numbers and are going directly to voicemail without ringing. I can't find any settings on my phone to block/unblock them.

Really appreciate any assistance.

@IJ Dial ##002# to cancel all diverts, then try getting the wife to call again.

Also check network status in case of local issues O2 Service Status

Resetting the Call Block Rules made no change.

Dialing ##002# gave some results

Service Status In Area is good

Wife Dialed:

First Try "It has not been possible to connect your call"

Second Try > Connected

Dialed from Landline (known caller)

First Try "It has not been possible to connect your call"

Second Try > Connected

Strange that they both took a second attempt.

Can I re-engage call forwrading to voicemail do you think?

@IJ

Just dial 1750 to enable voicemail.

It sounds to me like you have do not disturb mode turned on?

I'll re-enable VM. Thanks

I'd thought about DND since calls were going straight to voicemail. DND is Off as is Silent Mode.

I need a test from an "Unknown Caller" now 🙂

Thank for all your help

You can try calling from your land line but use 141 before entering the number?
