OnePlus 5T VoWiFi Not Functioning

I have a OnePlus 5T that was purchased via O2 and have recently moved into a new house with very poor signal however knowing that I had the option to use VoWiFi calling was no issue. However it appears that this is not automatically activated and when trying to use the tools in the account settings online do not allow this option to be set up and then trying to get through to someone to discuss on the phone is impossible.
What is the fix for this?!?
