Well done to o2 I asked for unlatch  code and less than 24 hrs they sent me the code and hey presto it's now unlocked fantastic service o2

live each day as if its your last because one day it will be

Sometimes the system actually does work. Glad the OP got it sorted out quickly and with no problems.

It's only natural that people come to these forums to complain. That's what they're essentially there for. This forum would be a pretty boring place if all people were doing were coming online to say that they were happy. wink

Do have to pay for the unlock code? im on pay as you go and get no signal atall in alot of areas and tu go is only for contracts, so thinking of switching providers 😞

Last time I asked O2 for an unlock code, I received it within 48 hours. Good to hear the service is being maintained.

If it's a P&G phone it has to have been on the network for 12 months before O2 will unlock it unless it's an iphone.
