Well done to o2 I asked for unlatch  code and less than 24 hrs they sent me the code and hey presto it's now unlocked fantastic service o2

live each day as if its your last because one day it will be

MI5 your a legend!! I know people on o2 contracts slight_smile only thing is they have different phones to me or does that not matter? Ive got the s4 gt i9505, would they just request an unlock code for my phone then?

I am patiently waiting for the S6 to come out wich i think samsung will announce in march time as april was when they brought out the s4, and so far the S6 leaks so far are normally fairly spot on the S6 looks like its gonna be a sexy beast! Altho i dont think i will stay with o2 with it due to lack of signal in my area 😞

You need to get them to put their sim in your phone and make a few calls to register it with the network. They can then request a free unlock on their account with your phones IMEI number (just as if it was their phone).

Their sim would have to be used in your phone to make a few calls so they can associate the number with the IMEI of your phone.

Ahh makes sense that info! Thanks for the replies slight_smile i think ill await till the S6 is released and then decide what am doing.. but i do know either if i get a contract or buy outright again ill be sure to go to CPW and get an unbranded phone slight_smile
