Note 4 keeps dropping calls

Anonymous

Hi

Decided to upgrade my Note 2 to a Note 4 on Christmas Eve... All looked good until I started to initiate and receive calls.  I get call drop outs with the signal bar never going higher than one bar. Changed the SIM but still have the issue. Anyone had this?

Daniel

That is worrying as the handset must have been OK for a while then the issue we are both having.

Best idea @Anonymous  I wouldn't want to be messing around or waiting any longer. You have had the phone 3 days only so getting a new one asap is the way to go...:smileywink:

Yes and don't believe anyone who checks the online Coverage Checker and tells you good indoor and outdoor coverage. All across the country the Coverage Checker is wrong but still they won't change it.

Have you tried your sim in another phone?
It will prove conclusively if it is a phone or O2 signal issue....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Er you are misinformed. Other forums seem to have reports of this issue. It is annoying as I have started to personalise the phone.
