Solved: Note 3 and android 5.1

Hi. I have a problem with updating my software on note 3. I heard that android 5.0 and 5.1 are already released for note 3 and many people have them but I can't upgrade it. I have tried upgrading it by Kies but doesn't work too. Can someone advise me what to do ? Thanks

Where did you purchase your Note 3? I ask because not all have got the update yet. I have a Note 3 which I bought sim free from CPW and I am still waiting. So you may still be in the same position as me because you have a generic unbranded device for which Samsung haven't released the firmware yet. I know it's slow but you will have to wait a little longer...

Yours will be a generic Samsung phone.
Lollipop not yet available for it.
