Settings, more, mobile networks, access point names then press menu and reset network settings.

Hi

Text ACTIVE to 2020 , save settings and re boot the phone.

By inserting the O2 SIM card that should override and connect you to O2 for calls etc.

I would also suggest calling customer service to have your account checked.

No it doesn't, just says "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user".

The mobile (HTC M9) was originally on T-Mobile from new and has been unlocked. I'm with O2 and when booting up the T-Mobile sign shows.

@AlwaysDave

Try entering them manually http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings

Make sure you choose save or done from the menu before exiting the settings page too.
