Hi, I hope I am in the right place.

I have just recently switched to a new provider but my network is still locked to O2. To unlock it said I can either do it through the website which was not an option because my account was deactivated when I cancelled my contract and so my only option was the form. I got an email back from O2 today saying that I did not pass the security check. I really need to get my phone unlocked soon especially because many important things I use require me to have a working number. If it helps, I have my IMEI number at hand.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

@LewisC See this guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card. - o2uk

Edit: If you failed the security check you'll have to speak to customer service: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I'll also ask @O2Ellie if she can assist.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
