I have uninstalled the App, rebooted the phone and reinstalled.

No change I'm afraid, think I will uninstall and just use the PC sign in.

Thanks to everyone for suggestions!

No idea, I can.... Give us a bit of a clue...? wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's usually the user name or password is wrong.

Username is usually your full email address. Contact customer service for confirmation of your sign in details.

It's easy to enter a 0 instead of a o, or a comma instead of a full stop.

I think I did not explain myself very well, sorry for that.

I use the same username and password to sign on using my PC

as I use with MyO2 App on my phone.

It works on my PC, but not on phone.

So does everyone else and there have been no other complaints of this happening.

As jonsie suggested ring O2 and check they are right.

If the details I'm using are wrong, how come it works on one and not the other.

I have phoned the O2 guru at the shop where I got phone and he says

he gets the same on his Iphone.
