My O2 App on android not letting me log in!!

So I have a phone on android, and I have My O2 on it. I'M trying to find out how much data, minis and texts I have but it says I cant log in but I can on my computer! What is wrong!!

You could try deleting the cache or uninstalling /reinstalling the app.
