Missing samsung apps

Don't know if anyone can help but my built in samsung apps seem to have gone missing not sure where to im running lollipop it's got me baffled .

According to Android forums this is a common problem and usually easily fixed by....

Holding power button down and selecting Reboot...when the device starts back up the missing apps should be back and good to go

Silly question maybe...but have you rebooted your phone after it upgraded to Lollipop..?...

If that doesn't work make sure it's backed up and give it a full factory reset.
