Missing phone case

Recently bought the HTC M9 and ordered a case to go with it. My order turned out without a case despite me paying for it, and my order on the O2 website still says in progress.

I have spoken to the "gurus" twice and was told to wait a couple of days, and then the second time I was told to get in touch with the delivery company - who didn't even answer my query, they just closed the enquiry!!! Why is it so hard to get an answer about a flipping phone case??!!

It is O2's responsibility to chase it and provide you with what you have ordered.
Unfortunately, you will have to keep chasing them.

Yeah, am tempted to take my invoice into an actual O2 shop as I don't seem to be getting anywhere online. Very frustrating but probably best to speak to someone in person slight_smile
