Recently bought the HTC M9 and ordered a case to go with it. My order turned out without a case despite me paying for it, and my order on the O2 website still says in progress.
I have spoken to the "gurus" twice and was told to wait a couple of days, and then the second time I was told to get in touch with the delivery company - who didn't even answer my query, they just closed the enquiry!!! Why is it so hard to get an answer about a flipping phone case??!!

Yeah, am tempted to take my invoice into an actual O2 shop as I don't seem to be getting anywhere online. Very frustrating but probably best to speak to someone in person
