First, the data usage - Samsung specific help here, and an O2 guide here: Guide: Help make your data allowance last
Second: Do you mean MyO2 reports you have an iPhone, not a Samsung? Did you upgrade at some point?
Third, are you using App or Browser to access O2? The app guide here might help: Guide: How-to guide for My O2
