Hi, I'm sure this has been covered many times before, but after hours of searching I cannot find it.  My new Oppo phone has been dropped and the screen has cracked.  It is still useable but is not good for being cleaned etc, so I need to get it repaired.  I don't have insurance.  Can anyone advise how do people do this?  If I take it to an O2 shop, will they be able to do it?  Is there anywhere cheaper and can they do it while I wait?  Thanks, Sally

O2 repairs here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

You can try local mobile repair shops which may be cheaper but they will need to be Oppo approved to maintain your warranty status.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Anovo are terrible so I also recommend a third-party workshop.

Indubitably true. Samsung S21 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra
