Solved: How can I connect to internet without WiFi?

Hi all 🙂 A friend told me that I should be able to access the internet through my Samsung Galaxy Y without connecting through WiFi. When I am away from home I am unable to access the internet. Can anyone out there tell me how to achieve this please? Best wishes, Rog.

Do you have a data allowance included in the package you have?

If you don't have the settings text ACTIVE to 2020.
