when you take a picture it goes to edit and then grey background appears when a picture is supposed to be there has anybody has this problem as iv now sent the phone back as its faulty , anybody got or using Alcatel onetouch 983 ? x

Not only does the photo go grey, but mine also gives me a warning prompt saying "unable to download file" everytime I try to open a photo or when I try to set my profile photo. Is this is malfunction of the phone or is Instagram not compatible with this device? Would really hate to have to send my phone off to be repaired.
