HTC One thumbnails in contact list

When I link my contacts to their Facebook, Twitter, what's app accounts etc the profile pictures are not visible to choose as their profile picture on my phone?

Why and can it be fixed?

That's fine, thanks. O2 gurus are clueless, every time I walk passed a shop I pop in. Shame HTC don't do a store like Apple.

You could try somewhere like Carphonewarehouse as they deal with all the networks and have their own alleged Guru's too.

Latest Android update, all back to normal for Facebook thumbnail but still no whatsapp etc. It'll be good for a few months, then they start disappearing again. Cheers.
