The S10e needs a nano SIM.

If your HTC is old it may be using a micro SIM.

You can check if the middle can be pushed out to make it smaller or order a new SIM from customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you already have a nano SIM, just switch it to the new phone.

Hi MI5 tks for your earlier reply. I do need a nano SIM, but I canot find a way to ask O2 for one. None of the menus take me to where I can ask 'I need a nano SIM on my current number how does it happen ?'

Can you shed any light on this dark process, tks.

When you get to the automated options, choose the either the lost or fraud option.
When you get through to someone, explain that your sim needs replacing and they will send you a new one.

Upgrades should be working as normal so I would choose that option.
