OTA for S4 firmware 4.3 should be out mid month ~ 17/11, any later then Samsung will encourage O2 to hurry as it will affect Gears smatch watch sales in UK this Christmas.

I all ready have the Gear which for the most part worked just fine... Until today that is. Samsung have updated the Gear Manager app and it can no longer see my watch. Come on O2 get it together. You have had 4.3 for ages and you do this every time and update out for a phone.

We pay a lot of money for your contracts and this is how you treat your customers.

If I could find a way to remove the o2 version of Andriod and install Samsung I would do...

One pissed of O2 customer

Odin guide here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/HOW-TO-A-Guide-to-using-Odin/m-p/463464#M18334

Make sure you unlock the phone first (free to contract customers) http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),CASE=17424

and when you go to Sammobile for your ROM search for i9505btu

It's usually 3-4 days, but the sooner you send in the form, the sooner it will be done wink

Yes, you will screw up the modem so the phone will be unable to receive a signal anymore.
