Hi @Anonymous Did you sent it to O2 (Anova) for repair?

If so and they haven't sorted it to your satisfaction then you need to send it back http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

However if the phone is less than 2 years old then its still under warranty You may prefer to send it to Samsung instead of O2 http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Id send it to Samsung as it sounds like Anovo haven't done anything & they don't have a great reputation

If you send it to o2 three times and they fail to repair it they will swap it for a refurbished phone.
Just something to consider when deciding where to send it.

Hmm, I'm afraid I've got to agree that Anovo aren't the greatest. Their rep is sketchy at best.

I'd send it off to the manufacturer, in fact I've done just that myself yesterday except this was Apple not Samsung, so I got it swapped out in-store!

Rule number one, don't take the easy option and let Anovo repair your phone.

Rule number two, refer to rule number one.

Forgot to reply to this earlier today.

Unfortunately you dont get much choice as Anovo is used by Samsung, as they are one of the preferred repair houses for Samsung...

We have had 3 Samsung S7's at work with different issues and faults and all went back to Anovo.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Slight difference is that Samsung (and HTC incidentally) have their own departments within Anovo and are specifically Samsung trained not general repairers like the networks have, therefore, they know their own products and are familiar with specific handset issues.
Samsung also have their own workshops in some of their experience stores.
