Dear O2,

 

I recently upgraded my phone and chose the Pixel 7 Pro with the free Fitbit and Ear buds.  However, I have been unable to claim them because the link does not take me to an area where I can.  The phone arrived and the packaging clearly said Fitbit yet there has been no sign of it anywhere or a date for the delivery.

 

Please advise

I’ve had the same issue but eventually found the answer. We need to wait 30 days before claiming. Which we have to do via this link:
