Hi,

I have just had my phone (Galaxy Note 😎 replaced on insurance and it is not loaded with O2 Firmware.

I need to have O2 Firmware as I have poor reception where I live and rely on the WiFi calling feature.

I have been over to Sammobile but am unsure which download I should choose.

My phones model number is: SM-N950F

My csc is: N950FOXM3CRE5

Any advise will be greatly recieved.

@FirmwareIs there any chance you can get back to your insurance and ask for another replacement?. They are expected to change like for like and your phone isn't O2 branded apparently.

I wouldn't be happy to accept it if I had lost a few of the features I paid for when choosing an O2 branded phone.

Is your insurance with O2 or a 3rd party?

OXM is open market firmware.
It’s easy to flash the O2 variation and would only take a few minutes but we are prohibited from telling you how to bt O2.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have OXM firmware but on Galaxy S9+.

I haven't any issues with WiFi Calling, my house is the poor O2 signal area and for me 50-60% of all calls is through WiFi calling.
