@FirmwareIs there any chance you can get back to your insurance and ask for another replacement?. They are expected to change like for like and your phone isn't O2 branded apparently.
I wouldn't be happy to accept it if I had lost a few of the features I paid for when choosing an O2 branded phone.

I have OXM firmware but on Galaxy S9+.
I haven't any issues with WiFi Calling, my house is the poor O2 signal area and for me 50-60% of all calls is through WiFi calling.
