Emergency calls only s8

Hi guys..

Was using my phone with no problems yesterday morning but now says emegency calls only.. i manage to get data on h+ but no network at all. Spoke to o2 instore and they say i will have to send off for repair.. the phone is leas than 2 months old.. anyone else experienced such problems?

i did this last night on resolver and attached the failed repair letter from samsung, lets see what happens

will do, the lady i spoke to said when the phone is picked up tomorrow i need to write a reference on the jiffy bag but she said she will email it me which i havent received. i spoke to CS online chat and they said the driver will tel me what i need to write on the jiffy bag, does that sound right?
