I used all my monthly data, so added 2GB, Igot a confirmation e-mail, but could not access the internet. I found out from o2 that the data was used by the shares data plan (which i didn't know i had) i explained that i did not use this, so a query was logged. I asked for the shared data to be taken off, which the lady said she did. I was advised that i could add more date as normal, so after the conversation i added 1gb of data, but still cannot use - looking at my account it seems the data has again been used up. I need help with this, can anyone help?
