Colour of the ordered phone

Dear Sir or Madam

 

Yestreday I have ordered HTC Desire 620 phone in Saffron Grey colour. The lady in o2 service told me that online is only available this one colour, but I can receive any coloured phone I want. I would like to receive the white one or completely black. Can you tell me please if it is possible?

If you have already ordered the phone online you won't be able to change it now.
You will need to return the phone within 14 days and re-order the correct colour you want.
