Hi All
I'm new to O2 only 4 days I've got a Samsung Galaxy 3 I'm on a monthly contract with unlimited texts. Checked my O2 today to find that I've already going to be charged £3.80 for sending messages, I've only been sending out text's, NO multimedia so why the charge.
Any help much appreciated.
Fred

- Texts to an international number
- MMS / Group Texts
- Premium rate text sending
- Premium rate text receiving
- Charged via text for products/services purchased.
Log into your O2 online account at www.o2.co.uk/myo2 to check or launch a webchat/call Customer Services on 202 to have it explained to you.

yes because if you send more than 5 sms at once, it gets classed & charged as mms rates

BINGO. Group texts get classed as MMS and you get charged 35p a pop.
