Hello. I wish to cancel a number that is not in use, which I am still paying for. The number I am NOT USING IS [Personal details removed]. My details are as follows.

As I don not this number I wish to CANCEL THIS NUMBER & Have a REFUND for the amount of £242.45, which I understand is up to date ( 05.10.21 ).

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
