Hello.  I wish to cancel a number that is not in use, which I am still paying for.  The number I am NOT USING IS  [Personal details removed]. My details are as follows.

Phone Plan Account Number[Personal details removed]

Mobile Number ( Not Using )[Personal details removed]

Mobile Account Number[Personal details removed]

 

Total Amount Of Credit £671.00

Duration 36 Months 

Start Date 07. Aug. 20

Statement for period 07.08.20 to 07.09.21

Opening Balance 671.00 

As I don not this number I wish to CANCEL THIS NUMBER & Have a REFUND for the amount of £242.45,  which I understand is up to date ( 05.10.21 ).

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
