Exactly what it says in the title. This isn't my phone but I've installed the settings for MMS over two times now on the phone and it just isn't working. Have any of you experienced this problem?

Have you sent ACTIVE to 2020 and saved them and re booted your phone.
Plus remember data needs to be switched on.
Take into account mms costs to use and us not part of your inclusive allowances.
