Solved: Can't pick up voicemail? - Page 2

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, haven't had it long, and I got a voicemail today.

When I dial 121 it says "conditional call forwarding activated", I'm met with one extended tone, and then it cuts off. I've tried typing my pass key, and it does nothing.

I really need to pick this voicemail up because it's from a person I'm meeting with tomorrow.

Asda PAYG phones run on the Voda network so that would explain it.....

I've always been with O2 but I don't think there's any hope for me if I don't know the voicemail number by now...
