Hi,

Sorry probably my ignorance but have o2 changed the rules regarding Bolt On? I can only seem to buy 100mb at a time for £5.50- when previously I could buy 2gb, 5gb etc? Anyone know?

Thanks in advance,

Ian

App working for me too.

Must have been a temporary glitch.

I`m having the same problem/issue today - Wed 02 April. Only allows me to buy Bolt On of 1GB.

Tried logging off; logging back on but no change. Using laptop with Windows 10 and Chrome.

Hopefully only temporary blip - otherwise I`ll run out of data before renewal on 12 April which will affect WRQ on here but more importantly access to carers and online shopping etc.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Thanks

@Joynesy Are you still facing the same issue? If so, can you please drop me a PM with the mobile number affected?

Hi I’ve been having this issue for days, all my data has gone (how?!?!) already, I’m paying sooo much!

usually I could buy larger bolt ons but it seems I also can only add 100mb at a time, on the web and on the app, and that’s gone almost immediately and it’s costing me a fortune.

Hi @Gage

At the moment O2 have been notified and this issue is being investigated.   I have tried too. Still not allowing me more than 100mb the + sign is greyed out and not working. I have tried access from my laptop and the app on my mobile no help.  I am on contract don't know about  PAYGO.  Don't know whether it happens to everyone but certainly a good number of customers are affected.

Best wishes
