All in this guide. If you've got a Pay Monthly sim, text O2TRAVEL to 23336. If you've got a Pay As You Go sim, text TRAVELON to 21300.

@Anonymous this is not customer services so we can't make account changes.
You need to call to speak to o2 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or add the bolt on in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
However, it is not required for any EU countries after June 14th.

Check my O2 and if you see O2 Travel as a bolt on you are good to go.
