Hi, 

 

Since I came back from Europe, I can't connect to the 4G, tried everyting.

The phone seems to use data but I can't connect. 

 

Can you help me?

Start off by texting the word Active to 2020.
What else have you tried?

Also try going. To settings mobile and. Manual and auto change network
