I was told that when I went online to upgrade my phone I could sign up for the switch up program at the checkout but it never came up. How do I do this?

You needed to select a Plus Plan, there is no option anymore to add it is a bolt on..
If you chose a Plus Plan, Switch Up, will show as a bolt on in myo2
Once the plan and phone is upgraded it can not be added afterwards.
