Hi, I’ve checked my last 3 bills since being with o2 and keep charging me extra .. and it’s shows no charges on my bills and I don’t even use mms or ring out also I’ve capped my sim and everything is unlimited anyway.. 😕 ?? Im totally confused.. I’ve never had this issue with virgin media and been with them 5 years ..
