Hi I have changed from pay as you go to A rolling plan today 10/6/24 my
account was in credit of over £10 today can I get a refund of this as my
rolling plan is £10thank you hopefully you can help
Hello thank you for your replies however I contacted & spoke with O2 who
have been very helpful & a refund is being processed for one of my
payments & a credit to my account for the other payment so I am happy
that it has been resolved
