Hello, i updated my o2 spend cap on my account a few days ago now, but I am still unable to spend on it. This is highly annoying as I want to put my Spotify plan to go through my phone bill but it won't do so as it hasn't updated?What can I do?
Hello,I have just updated my spend cap from £0. I went to use it, but it failed. Does it take a few hours, or is there a certain time when the spend cap updates, and is available for use? Thanks everyone!
