I’ve had my phone blocked due to losing it but have now found it and it just seems impossible talking to cs to get it removed can anyone help. thanks

I’ve called 02 on 4 occasions now and all they tell me is there isn’t any bars on my phone and try turning it on and off. waited over 24 also like they said and still nothing
