I forgot to download the o2 app before leaving the UK and now am barred by Google. I need to see my data usage, the website shows 20357.1mb on a 20GB plan, how can this be? 

Was able to reach o2 customer support somehow on an un-supported network (magenta). Support told me I need to manually connect to a network non of which come up on a search so I randomly chose 3at, still didn't work, then I start trying different set...
