messages to O2's social media team via DM on twitter, insta and fb went
completely ignored. Managed to port very efficiently to EE and their
setup process was straightforward. EE ...
As a side note, all my DMs for help on instagram, facebook and twitter
(X) went Ignored by O2s social media team - even though the accounts
seemed to be actively replying in public.
I've implemented a completely different workaround...I texted 'PAC' to
65075, took the PAC code, then signed up to an EE sim only plan. Very
efficient on-boarding, phone number ported and my Apple Watch now works
perfectly. Not what I'd originally in...
Did you actually get charged £5 for the airtime plan for the first
month? or do the charges only start when it successfully activates.
Wondering whether I need to call them to have the plan removed or not -
presuming it isn't likely to ever stop 'act...
