@Chris_K Nope. As mentioned, I haven't selected or applied any Volt
benefit to my account. When I first got the notification/message in
MyO2, I clicked on it and I just get the message shown in the screen
shot.
@Chris_K This doesn't answer the question or issue many people, like
myself, are having where both my O2 and VM accounts are in the same name
and address, but I'm unable to select or activate the Volt benefit, just
get the 'You have a Volt Benefit/no...
Been with VM for broadband for absolutely years, joined O2 for my
mobile. Received a txt regarding the Volts benefits. Offer was also in
the MyO2 app, yet like others I just get "You already have Volt
benefits... blah blah blah". Yet I don't. Both O2...
