Just got my O2 sim, I did give my pac code while ordering got no confirmation about moving my number. Do I have to fill out any more forms?

The request could not be completed, the following reason is given for the rejection: Business Exception: The Mobile Number is not registered to the PAC provided. Please check and resubmit your request.
